Just at the time of year that our eyes are starved for color, we are so grateful to Albany artist Judy Lowry for sharing her paintings with us! Judy's paintings will be up through the months of April, May, and June, and she is the first artist in our "Library gallery." We are hoping to feature the work of local artists on our walls throughout the year, so please be in touch if you have an artist to suggest.

Judy's paintings have been described as detailed and full of life, and have a keen sense of color and light. Join us on Sunday, April 29th, at 3 pm, for a "Meet the Artist" event! Judy will be with us, and in addition to her paintings, will have cards and prints available to sell. She is generously donating a percentage of her sales to the library.
